Nitro offers a choice of standard two-wheel drive or an available shift-on-the-fly, part-time four-wheel-drive system. In extreme steering maneuvers, the Electronic Stability Control helps you maintain control, sensing when a vehicle is starting to spin or plow, and works with Traction Control and the Antilock Brake System to help keep Nitro on course. Nitro’s short- and long-arm independent front suspension provides rock-steady ride and handling while the steering control and solid-axle five-link rear suspension provide stability.
