All-Weather Performance

Durango, equipped with the 5.7-Liter HEMI® V8 engine with Fuel Saver Technology, features an available all-wheel-drive system with a two-speed transfer case including a low range for added versatility. The system automatically maximizes traction before slippage occurs. When tire slippage is detected, as much as 100 percent of available torque is routed to the axle with the most traction. All-wheel drive is fully automatic, with no buttons to push, no levers to pull. The Durango all-wheel-drive system also features Variable Torque Distribution for an ideal 50 / 50 split in traction to the front or rear, whenever traction is needed.
